We are pleased to announce we will start sending your merchant statements online beginning with your December 2011 statement delivered in early January 2012. You will be able to view your merchant statements by logging into a secure web portal. Merchants will no longer receive paper statements unless you request the paper option by Opting-Out of the program.
Details on opting out procedures will be provided in the coming months. Please be advised that opting out of e-statements will result in a $1.00 increase to your monthly basic service fee to cover the cost of mailing out paper statements.
